The 1st XI enjoyed a comfortable victory over Market Deeping at the LCG on Saturday. Bowling first, the hosts skittled through the Deeping batting lineup who were all out for just 60. JimKim was the pick of the bowlers, taking 4-24 from his seven overs. Joe took two, Tom took one and a run out, while Jonny took two wickets in just one over. Behind the stumps, Euan, in the absence of the toilet-bound Bish, took four catches. Audrey would be proud.

In response, Lindum lost two wickets in their pursuit of the small total. Will (17) and Aiden (4) were the men out as Tom and skipper Charlie saw the side home with 13 and 21 respectively. 20 points on the board.
