By giving their time and skills freely, volunteers reduce operating costs and make cricket accessible and affordable for players of all ages. We’re seeking volunteers to assist with sponsorship outreach and stakeholder management across the club.

Beyond practical support our volunteers help build and maintain a strong club culture. We strive to create a welcoming environment, support young players’ development, and foster teamwork, discipline, and a sense of community belonging.

Junior Supervisors

We always need more people helping out, scoring matches, umpiring games or being a responsible person at training sessions. This role is perfect for a parent who is already at the ground every game or training or a young adult looking to learn new skills and gain experience.

✅Maintaining attendence records

✅Providing matchday support

✅Supervising junior training sessions

Passionate about cricket continuing at Lindum and take pride in top-quality playing surfaces? We’re looking for dedicated ground staff to help deliver match-ready excellence. This role is the definition of grassroots!

✅Equipment Maintenance

✅Pitch and Outfield maintenance

✅Providing matchday set up and support

✅Supporting the head Groundsman to complete weekly tasks
