In light of the recent and necessary conversations about racism in cricket, in sport and in the wider society, Lindum Cricket Club would like to make the following statement.

As recently stated by the ECB, there is no place for racism or any form of discrimination in our sport. Lindum Cricket Club is completely opposed to prejudice in all its forms.

We pride ourselves on our inclusivity, diversity and our ability to accommodate anyone who is, or wishes to become, a member of Lindum Cricket Club, as well as anybody who visits our facilities. There is no place for racism in our society as a whole, and we must all play our part in ensuring it is rooted out and eradicated.

As with any form of discrimination, we encourage any Lindum Cricket Club member (past and present) to contact a member of the management committee, or a fellow member whom you would feel comfortable speaking to, if they have ever felt uncomfortable or victimised at our club at any point in time. There are multiple points of contact on our website.

Lindum Cricket Club is a club for all.
